Nonlinear Vibration Analysis of Functionally Graded Porous Plates Reinforced by Graphene Platelets on Nonlinear Elastic Foundations

This paper presents a nonlinear vibration analysis of functionally graded graphene platelet (GPL) reinforced plates on elastic foundations. Uniformly or non-uniformly distributed internal pores were present in the plates. Based modified Halpin-Tsai micromechanics model and extended rule mixture, material properties evaluated. The governing equations, coupled with effect foundations, derived by using higher-order plate theory general von Kármán-type equations. A two-step perturbation technique was employed to obtain frequency transient response. After method verified, effects pores, GPLs, foundations investigated detail. new finding is that influence porosity coefficient natural dynamic response relevant foundation parameters. Moreover, parameter can be negligible.
